摘 要：
The lyotropic liquid crystal structure was studied so as to provide a theoretical basis for the application of drug delivery.Phase diagrams of the dodecy-hydroxyl-propyl-sulfo-betaine(DSB)/sodium oleate /oleic acid /water system at 25 ℃ were mapped out.The liquid crystal structure has been also studied by using polarizing texture.The results showed that when the composition of the system changed along the line of AB in this liquid crystal region,the structural change was order hexagonal→lamellar/hexagonal→lamellar→cubic.
