海藻提取物对广西麻鸡屠宰性能和肉品质的影响

摘  要:
为研究海藻提取物对肉用型广西麻鸡生产性能的影响,试验选取1日龄广西麻鸡1 800只为试验动物进行饲养试验。试验鸡群随机分为2组,每组3个重复。在饲养试验过程中,对照组广西麻鸡只饲喂基础饲粮;试验组广西麻鸡从1日龄起饲喂基础饲粮+海藻提取物300 mg·kg~(-1)。结果表明,试验组活重、屠体重、屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),海藻提取物能在一定程度上改善广西麻鸡的肉品质,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验表明,海藻提取物能显著提高广西麻鸡的屠宰性能,能够在一定程度上提高广西麻鸡的肉品质。

摘  要:
The feeding test was conducted to evaluate the effect of seaweed extract on slaughter performance and meat quality of Guangxi partridge chicken. One thousand eitht hundred Guangxi partridge chickens were randomly assigned to two groups, each group had 3 repeat.Control group was provided with basic diet, while test group was fed with basic diets added 300 mg·kg~(-1)seaweed extract. The results showed that test group was significant difference in comparing body weight, slaughter weight, percentage of half-eviscerated yield, percentage of eviscerated yield, dressed percentage, percentage of leg muscle, percentage of breast muscle with control group(P<0.05). Index of the meat quality in this test was improved a little for the control group(P>0.05). The conclusion of the study was seaweed extract can improve slaughter performance and meat quality of Guangxi partridge chicken.
