宁都黄鸡冠齿数与生产性能的关系分析

摘  要:
为了探讨宁都黄鸡冠齿数是否能辅助鸡育种,试验以485只宁都黄鸡为研究对象,分析了0~16周龄不同鸡冠齿数与生产性能的关系.结果表明:在0~16周龄时,冠齿数多的鸡体重与冠齿数少的鸡间存在显著差异(P<0.05);在4,6,8,10,12,14,16周龄时,冠齿数多的鸡冠高、冠长、冠厚和胫长与冠齿数少的鸡间存在显著差异(P<0.05);在4,6,8,16周龄时,冠齿数多的鸡胫围与冠齿数少的鸡间存在显著差异(P<0.05);在10,12,14,16周龄时,冠齿数多的鸡肉垂长和肉垂厚与冠齿数少的鸡间存在显著差异(P<0.05);在16周龄时,冠齿数多的鸡胸深、龙骨长、屠体重、半净膛重、全净膛重、胸肌重和腿肌重均与冠齿数少的鸡间存在显著差异(P<0.05).宁都黄鸡冠齿数与4,6,8,10,12,14,16周龄的冠高、冠长、冠厚和胫长以及0~16周龄的体重关联紧密,说明宁都黄鸡冠齿数能辅助育种.

摘  要:
In this experiment, the relationship between the number of the comb teeth(NCT) and the production performance of 485 Ningdu Huang chickens was studied, in order to explore whether NCT of Ningdu Huang chickens can assist chicken breeding. The results showed that at 0 to 16 weeks, the weight of the chickens with more NCT were significantly greater than that of the chickens with fewer NCT(P<0.05). At 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 weeks, the crown height, crown length, crown thickness and shank length of the chickens with more NCT were significantly greater than that of the chickens with fewer NCT(P<0.05). At 4, 6, 8, 16 weeks, the shank circumference of the chickens with more NCT was significantly longer than that of the chickens with fewer NCT(P<0.05). At 10, 12, 14,16 weeks, the caruncle length and caruncle thickness of the chickens with more NCT were significantly greater than that of the chickens with fewer NCT(P<0.05).At 16 weeks, the chest depth, sternum length, slaughter weight, semi-eviscerated weight, eviscerated weight, chest weight and leg weight of the chickens with more NCT were significantly greater than that of the chickens with fewer NCT(P<0.05). The NCT of Ningdu Huang chickens is closely related to the crown height, crown length, crown thickness and shank length at 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, and 16 weeks, as well as the body weight at 0 to 16 weeks, indicating that the NCT of Ningdu Huang chickens can assist breeding.
