摘 要:
为分析峨眉黑鸡粪源大肠杆菌对常用抗菌药物的耐药性,本试验采集峨眉黑鸡直肠拭子样本,分离并鉴定大肠杆菌,采用Kirby-Bauer法对细菌菌株进行18种抗生素的药敏试验。结果表明:峨眉黑鸡粪源大肠杆菌对环丙沙星和复方新诺明具有极强的耐药性,而对诺氟沙星和氯霉素的敏感性较高;峨眉黑鸡粪源大肠杆菌对18种常用抗菌药物具有耐药性的占22.2%,而具有敏感性的占77.7%,其中高度敏感占11.1个百分点,中度敏感占22.2个百分点,低度敏感占44.4个百分点。

摘 要:
In order to analyse the drug resistance of Escherichia coli strains isolated from Emei black chicken to common antibiotics, the rectal swabs of Emei black chicken were collected for isolation and identification of E.coli. Antimicrobial sensitivity test were conducted by using the Kirby-Bauer method to examine the susceptibility against 18 antibiotics. The results showed that Emei black chicken′s E.coli had extremely strong resistance to CIP and SXT,and high susceptibility to NOR and CHL. The drug resistance account for 22.2% in 18 common antibiotics,but the sensitivity account for 77.7%, including 11.1 percent points of high susceptibility,22.2 percent points of moderate susceptibility,44.4 percent points of low susceptibility.
