硝酸活化对风化煤腐植酸的影响

摘  要:
以内蒙古风化煤为研究对象,以硝酸为活化剂,运用容量分析方法研究了低酸用量(煤酸比为1 g∶1 m L)条件下,硝酸质量分数、活化温度、活化时间对风化煤腐植酸活化的影响。结果表明,低酸用量条件下,硝酸质量分数对风化煤腐植酸活化的影响最为明显,活化温度次之,活化时间的影响最小;硝酸活化风化煤腐植酸的最适条件为硝酸质量分数19.5%、活化时间20 min、活化温度60℃;在此条件下,风化煤中水溶性腐植酸含量可由0.5%提高到3.9%,游离腐植酸含量可由14.0%提高到38.7%,相对活化率分别达到680%和176%,说明低用量硝酸处理风化煤提高活性腐植酸含量是可行的。

摘  要:
Taking the Inner Mongolia weathered coal as researching object, taking nitric acid as activator, the effect of nitric acid concentration, activation temperature and activation time on humic acid activation in the condition of low acid usage amount were investigated by capacity analysis. The results indicated that when the ratio of acid and coal was 1 g∶1 m L, the effect of nitric acid concentration on humic acid activation was the most obvious, activation temperature followed, and activation time was the least. The optimum condition for activation of weathered coal humic acid was 19.5% nitric acid, activation time 20 min, activation temperature 60 ℃. Under this condition, water soluble humic acid content of weathered coal was raised from 0.5% to 3.9%, free humic acid content was raised from 14.0%to 38.7%, the relative activation rates were 680% and 176%. It was feasible to raise the content of active humic acid in weathered coal by low nitric acid usage treatment.
