番鸭呼肠孤病毒感染对MPV-GPV弱毒疫苗抗体应答的影响

摘  要:
1日龄番鸭感染番鸭呼肠孤病毒(MDRV)后,应用LPAI方法检测MPV-GPV二联弱毒疫苗免疫后抗体变化规律,应用MTT法测定番鸭血液、脾脏和胸腺的B淋巴细胞增殖功能,探讨MDRV对B淋巴细胞功能的影响。结果显示番鸭感染MDRV后免疫MPV-GPV二联疫苗,IM 7 d时番鸭GPV-LPAI效价平均值1.5log2;随后缓慢上升,到IM 21-28 d时GPVLPAI效价平均值维持在约3log2。与单独免疫组相比,GPV-LPAI效价大大降低,不能提供有效保护。1日龄番鸭人工感染MDRV后,PI 7 d外周血T淋巴细胞增殖指数与对照组相比明显下降(P<0.05)。PI 14-28 d与对照组相比下降,差异极显著(P<0.01),表明MDRV感染抑制了B淋巴细胞增殖功能。结果表明,MDRV感染能抑制抗体应答和番鸭外周血和免疫器官中B细胞的增殖功能作用,造成B细胞功能抑制。

摘  要:
After 1-day-old muscovy ducks were infected with muscovy duck reovirus(MDRV), the change of antibody after immunization with MPV-GPV bivalent attenuated vaccine was detected by LPAI method. The results showed that muscovy ducks were immunized with MPV-GPV vaccine after MDRV infection.The proliferation of B lymphocytes in blood, spleen and thymus of muscovy ducks was determined by MTT method. the average GPV-LPAI antiboy titer of muscovy ducks was 1.5 log2 at IM 7 d. Then slowly rise, and that average titer was maintain at about 3 log2 at IM 21-28 d. GPV-LPAI antiboy titer was significantly lower than that of the immunized group alone, which did not provide effective protection. After 1-day-old muscovy ducks were artificially infected with MDRV,the proliferation index of peripheral blood B lymphocyteswas significantly lower than that in control group P< 0.05 in PI 7 d and P<0.01 in PI 14-28 days, showing that MDRV infection inhibited the proliferation of B lymphocytes. These results suggest that MDRV infection can inhibit antibody response and B cell proliferation, resulting in B cell function inhibition.
