福建省地方梨资源花朵特征多样性分析

摘  要：
对60份福建地方梨种质资源花朵多样性进行分析与评价。结果表明:福建地方梨资源之间开花期存在较大差异,依开花时间可划分为早花、中花和晚花3种类型,分别占20.0%、48.3%和31.7%;花器官数量性状多样性丰富,单花序花朵数、花冠直径、雄蕊数目和花瓣数目分别为4.6~8.8朵、2.4~5.0cm、11.3~38.7枚和5~12枚,变异系数为13.2%、14.7%、21.7%和31.7%,其中单花序花朵数、花冠直径和雄蕊数目均可分为5个级次;花器官质量性状亦存在多样性,但分别以花蕾白色、花药淡粉色、花瓣圆形、花瓣相对位置重叠和花柱柱头位置高于花药为主要类型,且未发现柱头基部有茸毛和无花粉性状类型。其中‘七月黄’和‘屏南葫芦梨’花瓣相对位置重叠,且多达12枚,可作为重要的重瓣性遗传资源;‘蜜雪梨芽变’、‘白葫芦梨’和‘白瓠梨’花冠直径均大于4.5cm,可作为大花型遗传资源利用。

摘  要：
For pear breeding in Fujian,the diversity and characteristics of the flowers of 60 local pear cultivars were examined.The results showed that the florescence differed among the cultivars,which included 20.0% of the early,48.3% of the middle,and 31.7% of the late flowering types.The diversity on quantitative traits on the flowers was abundant.For instance,the number of flowers per inflorescence ranged from 4.6to 8.8 with a coefficient of variation(CV)of 13.2%;the corolla diameters,from 2.4to 5.0cm with a CV of 14.7%;the number of stamens,from 11.3to 38.7with a CV of 21.7%;and,the petal numbers,from 5to 12 with a CV of 31.7%.On their quality traits,the flowers also varied,with a majority of the flower buds in white and the anthers in light peach color,petals in circular-shape and lapping,and column tips located above anthers.But,no flower with basal pubescence on the columns or of non-pollen type was found.Among the cultivars,Qiyuehuang and Pingnanhululi could be the genetic resources for double flowers with 12 lapping petals,and Mixueliyabian,Baihululi,and Baihuli for large corolla with a diameter greater than 4.5cm.
