2014年国内外稻米市场回顾与2015年展望

摘  要：
2014年国际稻米市场供应总体充足,价格呈现震荡格局。2014年上半年国内稻谷供应总体充裕,稻米价格总体稳中上扬,但基本低于2014年最低收购价水平。在新季稻谷上市之后,3种稻谷均启动最低收购价政策执行预案,价格被快速拉升。展望2014/15年度,若出口国政策不发生变化,全球大米价格仍将维持历史较低水平;中国稻谷供需仍相对宽松,在国家政策的支撑下,稻米价格仍将在高位窄幅波动。

摘  要：
Supply of international rice market was adequate generally in 2014, and the price showed fluctuated pattern. In the first half of 2014, domestic paddy supply was sufficient, and rice price rose steadily in general, but it was lower than the minimum purchase price of 2014. After the launch of new paddy, the execution plan of the minimum purchase price policy was initiated toward three varieties of paddy, and price rebounded quickly. Looking forward to 2014/15, if the exporters do not change their policies, global rice price will remain at a historical low level; China's paddy supply and demand will still be relatively loose and rice price will fluctuate slightly in high level under the support of national policy.
