沉淀聚合法制备粒径窄分布的聚醋酸乙烯酯微球

摘  要:
聚乙烯醇(PVA)微球作为新型固相合成的载体材料,由于其具有优异的性能而广受关注。本实验从醋酸乙烯酯(VAc)单体出发,采用沉淀聚合法制备粒径窄分布的聚醋酸乙烯酯(PVAc)微球,考察聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)、不同的引发体系、不同的溶剂条件(不同的醇/水体积比)、聚合温度以及交联剂三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯(TA-IC)用量对PVAc微球粒径分布和产率的影响。结果表明:在低温的光引发和加入稳定剂的甲醇/水体系中,随着醇/水体积比和聚合温度的升高,微球的粒径分布变宽,产率先增加后减小;随着单体/TAIC体积比的增加,微球的粒径分布先变窄后变宽,产率降低。在实验最优的条件下通过沉淀聚合法制备粒径窄分布、尺寸较均一的PVAc微球,其产率达到了45.4%。

摘  要:
Narrow size poly(vinyl acetate) microspheres were prepared by photo-initiated precipitation polymerization for the first time.Effects of such factors as initiation system,solvent and dispersion agents on particle size distribution and yields had been studied.The results showed that high-yield PVAc microspheres with narrow size distribution could be obtained in low temperature by photo-initiated precipitation polymerization.
