基于LMDI技术的河北省能源碳足迹因素分解

摘  要:
利用LMDI方法对河北省1980-2010年能源碳足迹进行研究。结果表明,河北省能源碳足迹总体呈快速上升趋势,经济和人口增长是河北省能源碳足迹增长的最主要推动力;能源消费结构中煤炭比例过大是河北省碳排放量始终高居全国碳排放大省前列的主要原因,降低能源消费对煤炭的依赖,有助于减少CO2的排放;能源效率的提升是河北省碳减排的最重要手段。河北省发展低碳经济就必须改变以煤炭为主的能源消费结构,积极发展新兴能源;大力调整产业结构,及早淘汰六大高耗能产业中的落后产能;积极控制人口规模;提高资源综合利用水平,重视增长方式的转变,坚持走资源节约型、环境友好型社会之路。

摘  要:
LMDI method was used to study the energy carbon footprint during 1980 to 2010 of Hebei province. The results showed that the energy carbon footprint of Hebei province increased rapidly. Economic factors and population growth are the most important driving force for the growth of Hebei energy carbon footprint. The proportion of coal in energy consumption structure of Hebei province is too large, which is the main reason why Hebei province is always highest carbon emissions in the country. Reducing dependence on coal energy consumption will help to reduce CO2emissions. Improvement of energy efficiency is the most important means for carbon emission reduction. In order to develop low carbon economy in Hebei province, coal-dominated energy consumption structure must be changed. New energy must be developed, Industrial structure must be adjusted energetically. Backward production capacity must be eliminated early. In addition, It also needs to control its population scale actively, improve the level of comprehensive utilization of resources, transform the mode of growth, and develop resource-saving and environment-friendly society.
