不同播种密度1年生凤丹苗年生长节律及性状相关性研究

摘  要:
以不同播种密度1年生凤丹苗为材料,观测分析3种不同播种密度苗木年生长的节律特性,为培育凤丹优质壮苗提供科学依据。结果表明,凤丹苗高、地径、主根粗、茎生物量及根生物量在不同密度间的年生长量差异均达到极显著水平,各性状在播种量为30 kg/667m~2(MD1)最高;苗高及地径生长均呈"慢-快-慢"的"S"型曲线;建立了凤丹苗高、地径、干重生长的Logistic拟合方程,推测出苗高、地径、生物量积累速生期分别是30~58 d、6~116 d和24~82 d,速生期内生长量占全年生长量分别为64.62%、58.94%和65.13%。

摘  要:
In this paper, 1-year-old Paeonia ostii 'Fengdan' seedlings with different seeding densities were used as materials to observe and analyze the annual growth rhythm of the seedlings with 3 seeding densities and provide scientific basis for developing fine and sound seedlings. The results showed that there were extremely significant differences in the height, basal diameter, taproot diameter, stem biomass and root biomass of the seedlings among different densities and the characters all reached the maximum at the seeding rate of 30 kg/667 m~2(MD1); the height and basal diameter growths both showed an "S" curve of "slow-fast-slow"; a Logistic fitted equation of the growth of height, basal diameter and dry weight was established, and it was inferred that the rapid growth periods of height, basal diameter and biomass accumulation were 30~58 d, 6~116 d and 24~82 d respectively, and their increments in the rapid growth periods accounted for64.62%, 58.94% and 65.13% of those in the whole year respectively.
