L-肉碱对黄河鲤鱼生长性能和肌肉品质的影响

摘  要:
研究了饲料中添加不同水平(50、100及200 mg/kg)的L-肉碱对黄河鲤鱼生长性能和肌肉品质的影响。结果表明,在基础饲料中添加不同水平的L-肉碱均能在一定程度上降低饵料系数,显著提高肥满度(P<0.05),降低肝体比和脏体比(P<0.05),添加100 mg/kg的L-肉碱能显著提高黄河鲤鱼的增重率(P<0.05)。添加不同水平的L-肉碱均可以显著提高黄河鲤鱼体蛋白质和脂肪含量(P<0.05),改善肌肉氨基酸组成,能在一定程度上改善鱼体的肌肉品质。综合考虑L-肉碱对黄河鲤鱼生长性能和肌肉品质的影响以及经济效益,认为添加量以100 mg/kg较适宜。

摘  要:
Effects of L-carnitine on the growth and muscle quality of Yellow River carp were investigated through adding different levels(50,100 and 200 mg/kg) of L-carnitine in fish feed.The results showed that different levels of L-carnitine in the fish feed could decrease the feed coefficient,increased the fatness and decrease the liver-body weight ratio and viscus-body weight ratio.The growth of Yellow River carp was significantly increased by adding 100 mg/kg L-carnitine into the basal fish feed.The protein content,lipid content and amino acid composition of the Yellow River carp could be significantly increased by adding L-carnitine in fish feed,therefore,it improved the muscle quality of the fish.In summary,considering the effects of L-carnitine on the growth and muscle quality of Yellow River carp and the economic benefits,the suitable content of L-carnitine in fish feed was 100 mg/kg.
