智能化双侧奶牛个体精量饲喂装置的设计与试验

摘  要:
针对当前我国个体奶牛单产水平低的问题,设计了双侧双螺旋投喂饲料的智能化个体精确饲喂装置。试验结果表明:该装置投喂效率高,平均每头奶牛投喂时间<7 s、投喂精度≤3%。通过单片机、PLC控制,实现了投喂精确化和智能化。

摘  要:
Aiming at the problem of the current low level of individual cow milk yield, intelligent individual precision feeding device for double-sided double-screw feeding was developed. Test results showed that the average feeding time was less than 7 s and the feeding accuracy was equal to or less than 3%.By single-chip microcomputer and PLC control, precision and intelligentized feeding was realized.
