人为干扰对白骨壤生理特征的影响

摘  要:
[目的]研究人为干扰对白骨壤生长发育的影响程度。[方法]通过试验测定白骨壤的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度、水分利用率、叶绿素含量、电解质渗透率等生理特征指标。[结果]与保护样地相比,在人为干扰下:净光合速率、蒸腾作用、气孔导度和胞间CO2浓度的差异不显著,水分利用率显著性降低;叶绿素a无显著变化,叶绿素b、a/b和总量显著增加;抗热性影响较小,但其抗寒性显著下降。[结论]人为干扰造成白骨壤的生理机能在一定程度上降低,种群退化,合理的保护措施有利于延缓这一演替过程。

摘  要:
[Objective]The research aimed to study the influence degree of Avicennia marina growth and developpment by human disturbance.[Method] The physiological characteristic indexes of net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance,intercellular CO2 concentration,water use efficiency,chlorophyll content and leakage rate of electrolyte were determined.[Result] The results showed that net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance,intercellular CO2 concentration,chlorophyll a and heat resistance had not obvious difference;water use efficiency,chlorophyll b and the total decreased significantly;chlorophyll a/b significantly increased.[Conclusion]The human disturbance could cause the physiological function decrease and population degradation of Avicennia marina to some extent,but the succession process may be beneficial to delay by reasonable protection measures.
