基于游客感知的大理民宿吸引力分析

摘  要:
为了探究游客感知下的大理民宿吸引力,以各大民宿销售网站的评价文本为数据来源,在高频词分析和构建感知语义网络的基础上,利用扎根理论构建大理民宿吸引力指标体系,结合吸引力模型计算大理民宿各要素吸引力值。研究发现:游客主要围绕感知语义网络的核心——"老板"和"房间"来进行民宿体验评价;他们对民宿的软件服务和硬件设施具有较高的关注度,并且对民宿本身的关注要高于其周边环境;游客表达次数最多的是"干净、热情、舒服"等对基本住宿功能的感受,旅行与体验是游客入住民宿的主要动机;对游客而言,大理民宿基础设施吸引力最强,服务质量次之,资源特色吸引力最弱。

摘  要:
In order to explore the attractiveness of Dali′s B&B perceived by tourists, the evaluation texts of major B&B sales websites are used as data sources, based on the analysis of high-frequency words and the construction of a perceptual semantic network, the grounded theory is used to construct the attractive index system of Dali B&B, the specific values of the attractiveness of each element of Dali B&B are calculated with attractive model. It is found that tourists mainly evaluate the B&B experience around the core ′boss′ and ′room′ of the perceptual semantic network; they have a high degree of attention to the software services and hardware facilities of the B&B, and pay more attention to the B&B itself than its surrounding environment; the most frequently expressed about the feeling of basic accommodation function by tourist, the words include ′clean′, ′enthusiastic′ and ′comfortable′, and ′travel′ and ′exploration′ are the main motives of tourists staying in the B&B; for tourists, Dali B&B infrastructure has the strongest attraction, followed by service quality, while resource characteristics have the weakest attraction.
