S3307浸种对玉米幼苗生长及抗逆性的影响

摘  要:
用S3307浸种后,玉米幼苗株高降低,茎直径增加,叶面积、根冠比、叶绿素、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、游离脯氨酸(Pro)含量、比叶重(SLW)、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧物岐化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均提高,表现出明显的壮苗效果。在干旱或低温条件下,无论S3307浸种与否,可溶性蛋白质含量均下降,可溶性糖、游离Pro含量、相对电导率、超氧物岐化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均增加,且S3307浸种处理的比对照增幅大。说明S3307有助于提高玉米幼苗的抗逆性。

摘  要:
After seed soaking in S3307solution,the plants height of maize seedling were lower than the com-parisons,while the diameter of stem,leaf area,root/top ratio,chlorophyll content,soluble sugar content,soluble pro-tein content,dissociative proline content,specific leaf weight,the activities of POD,SOD and CAT were all in-creased,indicating that S3307had positive effect on strengthening maize seedlings.During the drought and low cold stress,and soluble sugar content,proline content,relative electronic conductivity,activities of SOD,POD and CAT were increased except soluble protein content for both the plants composed by S3307and the comparisons,but the range of increase of the former was larger than the latter.It showed that S3307was benefit to increase stress resis-tance of maize seedlings.
