S_(3307)与DTA-6复配浸种对水稻秧苗抗逆能力的影响

摘  要:
以蒸馏水浸种作对照(CK),初步研究了5 mg/L S3307与2.5 mg/L DTA-6复配后浸种对水稻秧苗抗逆能力的调节作用。结果表明:S3307和DTA-6复配后浸种可以明显提高秧苗的可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量,增加可溶性蛋白质含量但并不改变其种类,降低MDA含量,增加SOD和CAT活性,从而增强水稻秧苗抵抗逆境的能力。

摘  要:
In this experiment,rice seeds were soaked by the mixed solution of 5 mg/L S3307 and 2.5 mg/L DTA-6 before sowing,the results showed that the mixed seed-soaking with S3307 and DTA-6 could significantly increase the content of soluble sugar,proline and soluble protein,decrease MDA content,and enhance the activity of SOD and CAT in rice seedlings,thus strengthen the adversity-resistance of rice seedlings.
