过氧化氢作用下东北红豆杉悬浮培养细胞中蛋白表达差异的研究

摘  要:
东北红豆杉悬浮培养体系中加入一定浓度的过氧化氢 ,染色结果表明 ,过氧化氢可以诱导植物细胞发生过敏反应。应用蛋白质双向凝胶电泳技术 ,比较过氧化氢处理细胞与正常细胞的蛋白质组差异 ,分析过氧化氢对东北红豆杉细胞蛋白质表达的影响。结果表明 ,过氧化氢 (3.5mmol/L)处理 4 8h后的样品中有 12个新增的差异蛋白点 ,而在对照中有 1个特异蛋白点。这些差异蛋白可能与过氧化氢的作用及细胞发生过敏反应有关

摘  要:
Hypersensitive response was induced in Taxus cuspidata cells by adding exogenous H 2O 2. The protein patterns of the H 2O 2-treated suspension cultures of Taxus cuspidata were analyzed by using two-dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Compared with the control, twelve new protein spots were observed and one protein spot was weakened in the cultures treated with 3.5 mmol/L H 2O 2 for 48 h. The results obtained showed that H 2O 2 could induce the expression of some proteins that might be related to the action of H 2O 2 in the suspension-cultured cells of Taxus cuspidata.
