高肉猫粮物理性状的分析研究

摘  要：
为找出表征猫粮高肉特性的物理指标,以验证购买猫粮是否高含肉量的试验数据和标准方法,试验分别对市面上4款不同蛋白含量猫粮的颜色、形状、容重、泡水性、保水能力等物理指标进行测定,并进行对比分析。试验结果显示,颜色、形状、容重、泡水性指标均不是证明猫粮高肉含量的充分条件,仅可通过保水能力(膨胀系数α、吸水率)的大小直观验证。

摘  要：
In order to find out the physical indicators of the high meat characteristics of cat food, and to verify the test data and standard methods of whether the purchase of cat food is high in meat content, this experiment respectively measured the physical indicators of four cat food with different protein content on the market, such as color, shape, bulk density, water immersion, water retention capacity, and carried out comparative analysis. The results showed that the color, shape, bulk density and water soaked index were not sufficient conditions to prove the high meat content of cat food, but could be directly verified by the water holding capacity(expansion coefficient α,water absorption).
