摘  要:
香蕉枯萎病菌(Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense)是威胁香蕉生产的重要土传病原真菌。为了解析该病原菌的致病机理和探索新的防治途径,本研究利用同源重组的方法获得了转录因子FoSwi6的敲除突变体菌株,与野生种菌株相比,敲除突变体菌株ΔFoSwi6表现为生长缓慢、气生菌丝显著减少且部分菌丝膨大畸形、产孢量降低、对H_2O_2过敏感、镰刀菌酸合成相关基因FoFUB4的表达量下调及致病性减弱。由此表明,FoSwi6参与调控香蕉枯萎病菌的生理特性和致病性。

摘  要:
Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense(FOC) is an important soil-borne fungal pathogen causing devastating vascular wilt disease of banana plantlets. However,little information is known about the molecular mechanisms that govern the expression of virulence determinants of this important fungal pathogen. In this study,we showed that null mutation of the transcription factor,designated as FoSwi6,led to substantial attenuation in fungal virulence on banana plantlets. Disruption of the FoSwi6 also showed slower growth,reduced aerial mycelia and conidiation,hypersensitive to hydrogen peroxide and decreased expression levels of the gene FoFUB4 related with fusaric acid biosynthesis compared with wild type strain. Taken together,these results depict the critical roles of the FoSwi6 in regulation of FOC physiology traits and virulence.
