信息共享空间(IC)的发展壮大受到世界各国政府、学术机构和科研团体的高度重视,论述了IC的发展和构成,着重分析了全球IC(即宏观IC)在发展中遭遇的信息获取障碍等问题,并提出了加强开放存取与权利的妥善运用等应对策略。

摘  要：
The Information Commons goes from strength to strength as time goes by.Governments of all nationalities,academ-ic institutions and research groups have a high regard to it in the world.This paper discusses the evolution and the constructing elements.Focus on analyzing the risk of the information acquisition and other problems which exist in the process of the evo-lution of the global Information Commons,the paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as strengthening open access,properly using power and other ways.
