基于PLC的杀青机组的自动化控制

摘  要：
目前,茶叶加工业快速发展,对茶叶产量、茶叶加工技术以及与其相应的对茶叶加工机械的要求也不断提高。为此,将PLC控制技术、变频控制技术相结合,利用温度与湿度两个因素来对杀青机组进行信息提供,并设计了基于PLC控制的杀青机组的自动化控制系统,使滚筒杀青机组的自动化控制程度、控制精度、抗干扰能力都得到了提高。

Nowadays,the tea fabrication industries are developing rapidly,with high request for tea productivity and tea process technology,tea process machinery.Combined PLC control technology with frequency conversion control technology,information provided by 2 factors,temperature and humidity,the paper design the automatic control for tea fixation compressor set based on PLC to make automatic control degree,control precision and anti-interference power Improved.
