基于PFC3D的茶叶杀青过程数值模拟和设备参数分析

摘  要:
为提高茶叶杀青质量,以用于名茶加工的滚筒杀青机为例,基于离散元分析技术的PFC3D法,对杀青过程的各相关参数进行数值模拟,如滚筒转速、导叶板数量、布局、倾角及结构,滚筒倾角与壁温等对杀青效果的影响,并进行了优化设计和试验验证。结果表明:滚筒杀青时,存在最佳转速;滚筒前段布置较多的导叶板,有利于杀青叶温度的迅速提高;适当增加导叶板倾角和采用"L"型导叶板,将提高茶叶在筒壁上的散度,有利于杀青叶温度的均匀;在保证杀青质量前提下,滚筒平均壁温和倾角呈双指数函数关系;杀青效率和滚筒倾角呈二次函数关系。研究还表明,所采用的研究方法同样适用于滚筒式设备干燥颗粒状农产品的技术研究。

摘  要:
In order to improve fixation quality of tea,fresh green tea leaf fixation was analyzed based on discrete element method.Take the cylinder fixation machine used for famous tea for example,effects of speed of cylinder rotating,number of guide baffle,distribution of guide baffle,angle of guide baffle,structure of guide baffle,angle of cylinder and cylinder temperature on fidation were investigated.At the same time,optimal design and experimental verification were also done after numerical simulation.The results show that cylinder fixation machine has an optimum rotating speed.Compared to the posterior segment structure of cylinder,the number of guide baffle in forepart segment is conducive to increase temperature rising rate.The spread extent of tea in the fixation process,which is good for the uniformity of tea temperature,could be improved by increasing proper angle of guide baffle and using L-shaped guide baffle.The average temperature of cylinder wall has a double exponential relationship with the cylinder angle,while the fixation efficiency has a quadratic function relationship with the cylinder angle.The research also shows that the above method can also be used in the studying of drying granular agricultural products using cylinder-type equipment.
