气动式核桃破壳机的气动系统设计

摘  要:
通过提出一种新的核桃破壳方式,介绍气动式核桃破壳机的核心部位—气动系统,并对其参数设计进行优化,理论分析得出打击气压P_打=0.65MPa,一次夹紧气压P_(夹1)=0.2MPa,二次夹紧气压P_(夹2)=0.72MPa。在气动控制部分,利用PLC可编程控制器进行控制两次气压转换和打击三个动作,编制程序,通过正交试验验证并优化。

摘  要:
By presenting a new way of broking walnut shell,this paper introduces the core parts of walnut shell breaking machine in pneumatic type-pneumatic systems,and optimization design of its parameters,theoretical analysis blow hit pressure P_(hit)=0.65 MPa,the first clamping pressure P_(clamp1)=0.2MPa,the second clamping pressure P_(clamp2)=0.72 MPa.In the pneumatic control section,two compaction pneumatic pressure converting and hit actions were controlled by PLC programmable controller.The orthogonal test was completed to verify and optimize.
