超声波辅助不同提取条件对苦荞茶中芦丁提取量的影响

摘  要:
以苦荞茶为原料,以乙醇溶液为萃取剂,利用超声波辅助萃取芦丁,研究提取芦丁的最佳条件。结果表明:固液比为1∶10,在70℃下提取45 min,乙醇体积数为70%。在同样提取条件下,超声辅助提取的效果优于蒸馏提取,热水浸泡芦丁含量最小,磨碎的芦丁提取量大于不磨碎的芦丁提取量。

摘  要:
The experiment was selected the buckwheat tea as raw materials and ethanol as an extraction agent,the use of ultrasonic assisted extraction of rutin to study the best conditions for extraction of rutin.The results showed that 1∶10 solid to liquid ratio,extraction temperature at 70℃ for 45 min,70% ethanol a few.In the same extraction conditions,ultrasonic-assisted extraction was better than distillation,hot water immersion rutin in the smallest ground of rutin extraction of rutin greater than non-extraction of ground.
