玉米螟化学不育的研究

摘  要:
本文报道以噻替派药膜接触成虫或用噻替派药液浸蛹均导致玉米螟雄性的显著不育。不仅可抑制亲代所产卵的孵化,而且能对子代产生一系列重要影响,子代卵也不能孵化,具有遗传不育作用。作者还研制出两种田间装置,可使药膜接触成虫不育方法与性引诱技术结合应用,从而导致玉米螟自然种群中的雄性不育。这种方法将比释放大量人工饲养并经过处理的不育个体具有一定的优越性。采用药液浸蛹不育方法,须在大量人工饲养害虫的基础上进行,但操作简便,处理后便于用水冲洗去除药剂残留,也有一定实用价值。此项研究力玉米螟化学不育的进一步探索提供了依据。

摘  要:
Chemosterilants are available for causing sterility in the Asian cornborer(Ostrinia furnacalis Guen'ee).The compound selected for treat-ment of adults and pupae was thio-tepa.Results of experiments showedthat male Asian corn borers became sterile when their pupae were dip-ped for 5min.in 4% aqueous solution of thio-tepa or for 240min.in2% apueous solution of the same compound and when their adults wereexposed to the wall of a small plastic screen cage containing 25 μg/mm~2of thio-tepa for 30sec.or 1min..The writers found that sterility inthe F_1 and F_2 generations of Asisn corn borer was inherited fromtheir parents.Omnidirectional funnel traps using sex attractants in combinationwith chemosterilants were found effective for trapping male moths andat the same time for sterilizing them.Male moths of the Asian cornborer responding to the attractant could be brought in contact withthio-tepa and then be set free to mate with normal females in thefield.Such matings would result in no progeny.Therefore,the use of chemosterilants in combination with sexattractants in the pest management is worthy of further investigations.
