摘  要：
本设计是对燃烧废弃食用菌菌棒的专用锅炉进行改进,增设由三级缓冲除尘室和吸附水池组成的除尘装置。这种装置可以有效去除燃烧废弃食用菌菌棒的专用锅炉排放废气中的灰烬漂浮物,除尘率达95%,使排出的气体得到净化,减少对空气的污染,保护了环境。该除尘装置已获国家发明专利。

摘  要：
The purpose of this design is to improve the boiler which is used to burn the waste of the cultural residue of edible fungi.The design installs three levels of dust removal chambers,which are able to subside and discard the harmful floating substance in the exhaust gas from the burned cultural residue of edible fungi by the water floating device of the dust removal device.In order to remove the ashes from the exhaust gas which is produced by the burning of the cultural residue of edible fungi,before the gas is discharged,the substance chamber utilizes the surface tension of water to clean it.The exhaust gas path through the dust removal device which is composed of buffer and absorption water sinks.This device is able to remove the dust and the floating substance from the exhaust gas,which is discharged from the boiler,in order to clear the exhaust gas,reduce the aerial pollution,and protect the environment.
