3种观赏甘薯与“徐薯23”的嫁接对茎叶光合生理和块根产量的影响

摘  要:
以主栽高产品种"徐薯23"和3种观赏甘薯品种为试材,研究了主栽高产品种与观赏品种之间的嫁接对块根产量、地上部生长及叶片光合特性的影响效应,结果表明:嫁接对块根产量、茎叶产量、叶面积、地上部不同器官间干物质分配比率、光合参数、总叶绿素含量等指标均有较大影响,但对Chl.a/b影响很小。低光合能力的砧木对接穗光合能力的限制作用较强,高光合能力的砧木对接穗光合能力的促进作用较弱。观赏品种的接穗极大程度地降低了"徐薯23"砧木的块根产量,而光合能力最强的"徐薯23"接穗对不同品种砧木的块根产量的影响并不一致,其中"徐薯23"/"金叶甘薯"比"金叶甘薯"增产80.36%,可以作为"金叶甘薯"留种的一条途径。

摘  要:
The influences of grafting on the yield of sweetpotato,growth of shoot,and photosynthetic characteristic were studied by grafting between three ornamental sweetpotato cultivars and "Xushu23".The results show that grafting exerts influences on the yield of sweetpotato,yield of stem and leaf,leaf area,dry matter distribution ratio,photosynthetic parameters and chlorophyll content,but has little influence on Chl.a/b.Rootstocks with low photosynthetic rate have an intense restriction on the photosynthetic rate of its scion,and rootstocks with high photosynthetic rate have little stimulation on the photosynthetic rate of its scion.The scions of ornamental cultivars greatly inhibit the yield of sweetpotato of xushu23 stocks.The "Xushu23" scions with the best photosynthetic rate have inconsistent effects on the yield of different kinds of rootstocks."Xushu23"/Aurea produces 80.36% on yield more than Aurea does and so it can be a way to reserve germplasm.
