动物园肉、杂食动物消化道寄生虫感染情况调查及驱虫试验

摘  要:
应用饱和盐水漂浮法和麦克马斯特法对郑州动物园猞猁等11种48头(只)肉、杂食动物消化道寄生虫感染情况进行了调查,随后对寄生虫阳性动物进行治疗。结果表明:48头(只)肉、杂食动物消化道寄生虫感染率高达52%,但除1只雄性猞猁感染强度较大外,绝大多数阳性动物感染强度较小。用甲苯咪唑按5mg/kg体重的剂量随食物经口一次投服,用药5d后检查粪样,虫卵完全转阴。试验结果证明该药对猞猁消化道线虫具有良好的驱除效果。

摘  要:
The method of saturated brine floating and McMaster`s was used in this test. In order to know the digestive tract parasite infection of carnivorous animal and omnivore in Zhengzhou Zoo, the lynx etc 11 species, 48 carnivorous animals and omnivores were investigated, and then those positive animals were treated. The result indicated that the infection rate of parasite of 48 animals was as high as 52%, but most animals' intensity were slight except one male lynx. Mebendazole was used to feed the positive animal at the dosage of 5mg/kg·BW with food at one time. No eggs was detected in feces after 5 days treatment, this show the medicine has good effect to nematode in lynx’s.
