不同结构的环模模孔挤压成型流场模拟分析

摘  要:
环模是环模制粒机的核心部件,其结构参数直接制约着物料的成型质量、产量以及环模的使用寿命。该文以苜蓿草粉为原料,应用POLYFLOW软件对不同结构的环模模孔内部流场进行数值模拟,研究模孔结构参数对流场压力、速度、温度、剪切速率和黏性生热分布特性的影响规律,旨在为环模结构设计提供参考依据。结果表明:直形孔内物料流动速度较低,物料在模孔内的挤压保型时间较长,成型草颗粒具有较高的硬度和强度;直形孔内温升显著分布于全部孔长,物料受热变软,塑性和流动性增强,易于成型;直形孔中心区域剪切速率较大,利于物料的挤压流动;直形孔在全部挤压成型腔内沿径向从中心轴到外侧黏性生热逐渐升高,且中心轴附近黏性生热较大,促进物料的混合和塑化。

摘  要:
The ring die is the core component of the ring die pellet mill.Its structural parameters directly restrict the forming quality and output and service life of the ring die.In the paper,the granulated alfalfa was used as the pelletizing material and the numerical simulation of flow field in the die holes with different structures was performed by the package POLYFLOW.The influence law of the structure parameters of the die holes on the distribution characteristics of pressure,velocity,temperature,shear rate and viscous heating in the flow field was studied in order to provide reference for the design of ring die.The results show that the flow velocity was lower and the extrusion and retention time was longer in the straight hole,which made the hardness and intensity of formed alfalfa pellet higher.The temperature rise in the straight hole was significantly distributed in all the length,which heated and softened the material,enhanced the plasticity and fluidity,and made extrusion forming easy.The shear rate in the central area of the straight hole was larger,which was conducive to the extrusion flow.The viscous heating in the straight hole increased gradually along the radial direction from the central axis to the outside in all the length,and the viscous heating near the central axis was relatively higher,which promoted the mixing and plasticizing of the materials.
