摘  要：
"两山理论"为我国生态文明建设和可持续发展指明了方向,围绕"两山理论",结合普达措国家公园的发展实践,阐述"两山理论"融入普达措国家公园发展的重要意义,根据普达措国家公园发展"两山理论"的独特优势和普达措国家公园发展中"两山理论"的转换实践,提出普达措国家公园践行"两山理论"的思路。普达措国家公园在建设发展期间利用园区的生态优势、经济优势、民族文化优势和保护优势等切实将"生态山"转换为"经济山",使普达措国家公园在发展中实现了"生态富、经济富和居民富",实现了保护与发展共赢,将"绿水青山就是金山银山"理念落到了实处。

摘  要：
The ′Two Mountains Theory′ pointed out the direction for China′s ecological civilization construction and sustainable development. Based on the ′two mountains theory′, this paper combines the development practice of Pudacuo National Park to explain the significance of integrating the ′two mountains theory′ into the development of the National Park. Based on the unique advantages of the ′two mountains theory′ in the development of Pudacuo National Park and the conversion practice of the ′two mountains theory′ in the development of Pudacuo National Park, this paper puts forward the idea of practicing the ′two mountains theory′ in Pudacuo National Park. Pudacuo National Park uses its ecological advantages, economic advantages, national cultural advantages and protection advantages during the construction and development period to effectively convert the ′ecological mountain′ into an ′economic mountain′. This enables the Pudacuo National Park to achieve ′ecological wealth, economic prosperity, and residents′ wealth′ during its development, to achieve a win-win situation between protection and development, and to implement the concept that ′clean water and green mountains are golden mountains′.
