枇杷核总黄酮的超声提取及其抗氧化性研究

摘  要:
采用超声法对枇杷核中黄酮类物质进行了提取及其抗氧化性研究,探讨了乙醇浓度、提取时间、温度、料液比等各种因素对提取率的影响,并通过正交试验对总黄酮的超声提取进行全面的优化,确定了超声提取的最佳工艺条件为:乙醇浓度50%,温度70℃,时间90 min,固液比1∶20,超声功率70 W;在此条件下,提取率可达4.89 mg/g。并研究了提取液对羟基自由基的清除作用。

摘  要:
This paper aimed to extract total flavone from loquat seed and to study its' resistance to oxidation.This research discussed the method of extracting total quantity of flavone and the effect of concentration of menstruum,time,temperature,ratio of material to liquid.Meanwhile,the best conditions for extraction were chosen after rthogonal analysis.The best parameters were 50% ethanol as extractant,temperature on 70℃,extraction time by 90 min,ratio of material to liquid on 1∶20,the ultrasonic power was 70 W.In this case,the rate of extraction can reach up to 4.89 mg/g.The extract scavenging effect on hydroxyl radical was studied.
