摘  要：
分析红磷分公司QMY3690溢流型球磨机大小齿轮啮合故障的原因,针对大齿轮齿面载荷分布不均和大小齿轮基准轴线不平行问题进行了调整。调整后磨合运行表明,大小齿轮啮合平稳,球磨机运行正常。

摘  要：
The cause of meshing fault of gear in QMY3690 flow-type ball mill in Honglin BranchCompany is analyzed. The problems including uneven load of large gear tooth surface and unparallelbenchmark axis of pinion are adjusted. After adjustment,running-in operation shows that gear meshing isstable, the ball mill runs normally.
