摘  要:
高压同步电动机是球磨机等重型设备常用的电动机,其主轴出现轴向窜轴,使电动机后轴瓦损伤、温度升高,导致球磨机跳停.分析引起电动机主轴窜轴的原因,介绍所采取的对策,即更换和修复气动摩擦离合器的从动轮毂,修复后电动机主轴再未发生轴向窜动现象,球磨机运行正常.

摘  要:
High voltage synchronous motor is a commonly used motor of ball mill, its main shaft appears axial shaft, the motor bearing after injury is shelled, temperature rise, leading to jump stop of ball mill. The causes of axial channeling axis are analyzed, and the countermeasures are introduced, including the replacement and repair of the driven wheel of pneumatic friction clutch. After the restoration, the axial channeling phenomenon never happens, and the ball mill runs normally.
