纳米氢氧化铜悬浮剂的合成研究

摘  要:
以硫酸铜和氢氧化钠为原料,氨水为纳米颗粒粒径控制剂,通过湿化学方法合成了20~30nm纳米氢氧化铜棒状原药。运用TEM透射电镜和XRD衍射仪等检测手段对合成的原药进行了表征。利用湿法改性,通过试样悬浮性和沉降速率优化了表面活性剂和辅助剂配方,制备了36%纳米氢氧化铜悬浮剂。对改性后的纳米氢氧化铜悬浮液进行了有效含量、外观、流动性、黏度、细度、pH值、悬浮率、分散性及稳定性等性能指标检测分析,检测结果表明,纳米氢氧化铜悬浮剂的以上性能指标优于国家悬浮剂制剂标准。

摘  要:
Nano-copper hydroxide precursors with the diameter of 20 to 30 nm have been synthesized by means of wet-chemical way, using cupric sulphate and sodium hydroxide as reactant, ammonia as controlling reagent, respectively. The precursors have been characterized by TEM and X-ray technic. Basing on the suspension, surface modification and wetting agent were chosen and 36% nano-copper hydroxide SC was synthesized via wet-way surface modificaton. The results suggested that the suspension agent excelled national standards of suspension concentrate in effective content, appearance, fluidity, pH, suspension percentage, stabilization and so on.
