塔里木马鹿单倍型特性及其与产茸性状的关系

摘  要：
为了解塔里木马鹿单倍型特性及其与产茸性状的关系,以马鹿Y染色体上的ZFY基因为候选基因,以塔里木马鹿为试验群体,采用PCR直接测序法,利用Y染色体ZFY基因片段对塔里木马鹿的单倍型进行分析,共定义了4个单倍型,单倍型Z1、Z2为优势单倍型,利用SAS9.3软件分析单倍型与产茸性状之间的相关性。结果表明:ZFY基因对产茸性状有一定的影响(P<0.2),其中单倍型2和单倍型3的影响尤为显著。

摘  要：
To better understand haplotype characteristics and their relationship with antler production in Cervus elaphus yarkandensis,we report the effects of candidate gene ZFY on antler production in the current study. Haplotype of the ZFY gene was analyzed,by DNA direct sequencing method,with a deer population from the Tarim as test group. Four haplotypes were defined,and haplotypes Z1 and Z2 were determined as dominant haplotypes. Correlation analysis between haplotype and antler production was carried out using SAS9. 3. The results showed an effect of ZFY gene on antler production( P<0. 2). Haplotypes 2 and 3 had more significant effects than others( P<0. 2).
