家蚕雌蛹冷藏对人工孵化处理蚕种质量的影响

摘  要:
家蚕蛹期冷藏是蚕种生产上普遍使用的方法。苏5×苏6(正反交)和苏菊×明虎(正反交)等江苏省现行蚕品种,羽化前日的雌蛹冷藏对蚕种质量有显著不良影响,主要表现为不受精卵率增加,孵化率和孵化整齐度下降。10℃冷藏的影响程度显著超过5℃冷藏,冷藏4d的影响显著超过冷藏2d。雌蛹冷藏对冷藏浸酸卵的孵化率影响显著大于即时浸酸蚕卵,结果显示应避免冷藏家蚕雌蛹,如无法避免,应该尽量将生产的蚕种作即时浸酸使用。

摘  要:
Refrigeration of female pupa is using widely in silkworm eggs production. Refrigerating female pupae at one day before eclosion are notable bad on the quantity of silkworm eggs for the current varieties in Jiangsu province, such as Su5×Su6, Suju× Minghu and their reciprocal cross varieties. The main symptoms are the increase in rate of unfertilized eggs, decrease in hatchability and uniform hatching. The affect of refrigeration in 10℃ is markedly bad than in 5℃,and refrigeration 4 days is markedly bad than 2 days. After refrigerated female pupa,hatchability of the eggs by acid treatment after refrigeration is markedly bad than the common acid-treatment eggs. The results suggested that avoid refrigerating female pupa of Bombyx mori L. If unavoidable, the produced eggs should be used for common acid-treatment eggs as far as possible.
