缩节胺和不同的修剪方式对夏黑无核二次成花的影响

摘  要:
试验以葡萄品种夏黑无核为材料,用逼主梢顶端冬芽(以下简称顶端冬芽)萌发结二次果、逼主梢顶端一次夏芽副梢上的冬芽(以下简称顶端副梢冬芽)萌发结二次果和逼主梢顶端一次夏芽副梢上的夏芽(以下简称顶端副梢夏芽)萌发结二次果三种修剪方式,采用"两代同堂"二次果栽培模式,各修剪方式设置喷施缩节胺1 000 mg/L和喷施清水两种处理。结果表明:逼主梢顶端冬芽萌发结二次果的第二、三节位萌芽率均高于其相应对照,表明喷施缩节胺抑制较低节位冬芽的萌发;各修剪方式下,喷施缩节胺1 000 mg/L相比于喷施清水,促进新梢成花效果较好。三种修剪方式,利用顶端冬芽和顶端副梢夏芽结二次果效果较好,在喷施缩节胺1 000 mg/L时,第一节位果枝率可达80%左右,结果系数达1.4左右。而利用顶端副梢冬芽结二次果果枝率和结果系数较低,分别为40%、1.0左右。

摘  要:
The study used Summer Black Seedless grape as the material, and designed three pruning patterns as follows: using the latent bud on the main shoot(T1/CK1), the latent bud on the lateral shoot which topped on the main shoot(T2/CK2), the lateral bud on the lateral shoot which topped on the main shoot(T3/CK3)respectively to bear the second crop. Under those pruning patterns, two generations fruits were produced on one season. T1, T2 and T3 were sprayed with 1 000 mg/m L mepiquat chloride, while CK1, CK2 and CK3 were sprayed with water as the contrast. The results showed that the germination rates of the second and third latent bud of T1 were higher than CK1,indicating that MC could suppress the burst of latent bud on the lower node; for all three pruning patterns, MC had ideal positive effects of inflorescence formation at the concentration of 1 000 mg/m L. The comparison results of three pruning patterns showed that T1 and T3 were more effective than T2, the average fruit branch rate and fruiting coefficient of the first node of T1 and T3 were 80% and 1.4 respectively, while those of T2 were relatively lower and were only 40% and 1.0.
