中国肉牛饲料营养价值评价体系的建议

摘  要：
在对多年积累的实验室分析数据整理和查阅国内外近20年来发表的相关学术和产业文献的基础上,作者提出了中国肉牛饲料营养价值评价体系的建议。该建议包括中国肉牛饲料营养价值指标体系建立的原则、饲料原料分类和编码、饲料营养价值指标体系等内容。最后结合示例,列出了肉牛常用的五种饲料原料的营养成分数据。在肉牛饲料分类一节,作者建议将传统的"青贮饲料"叫法改为"湿贮饲料",包括青贮、黄贮、白贮、褐贮等多种湿贮饲料。这既不影响我国当前玉米湿贮饲料中玉米青贮、玉米黄贮等诸多名称的继续使用,同时也更加符合饲料生产、加工和应用领域中名称与内容一致性的要求。

摘  要：
In the present article, some suggestions on the nutritive evaluation system of Chinese beef cattle feedstuffs based on the laboratory analysis and latest literature collections. The proposal includes the principles for establishing the system, the classification and coding of feedstuffs, and the nutritional items. Finally, the nutrient composition data of five classes of feedstuffs commonly used for beef cattle are listedusing an exampletable. In the part of feed classification, the traditional name of "silage" originally translated as "Qingzhu" was translated into "Shizhu(wet storaged feed)", as suggested, including green silage, yellow silage, white silage, brown storage, etc. This does not affect the continual use of current names such as green silage and yellow silage in China, but also more in line with the needs of the consistency of the name and meaning in the feed mills and animal operations.
