氨氮对河川沙塘鳢胚胎和仔鱼的急性毒性研究

摘  要:
采用半静水生物测试方法研究了氨氮对河川沙塘鳢(Odontobutis potamophila)胚胎和仔鱼的急性毒性作用。试验结果表明:在水温(25±1)℃、pH 8.0±0.1条件下,氨氮对河川沙塘鳢胚胎24 h、48 h、72 h和96 h的半致死浓度(LC_(50))分别为153.02、139.20、123.59和98.13 mg/L,安全浓度(SC)为9.81 mg/L;转化为非离子氨的LC_(50)分别为8.13、7.40、6.57和5.21 mg/L,SC为0.52 mg/L。氨氮对河川沙塘鳢仔鱼24 h、48 h、72 h和96 h的LC_(50)分别为54.52、40.63、30.32和26.16 mg/L,SC为2.62 mg/L;转化为非离子氨的LC_(50)分别为2.90、2.16、1.61和1.39 mg/L,SC为0.14 mg/L。

摘  要:
The toxic effects of ammonia nitrogen on Odontobutis potamophila embryos and larvae were evaluated by semi-static bioassay method. The results showed that under water temperature(25±1) ℃, pH 8.0±0.1, the 24 h, 48 h, 72 h and 96 h median lethal concentrations(LC_(50)) of ammonia nitrogen to O. potamophila embryos were 153.02, 139.20, 123.59 and 98.13 mg/L, respectively, while the safe concentration(SC) was 9.81 mg/L. Under the same condition, the LC_(50) values of non-ionic ammonia were 8.13, 7.40, 6.57 and 5.21 mg/L, respectively, and the SC was 0.52 mg/L. The 24 h, 48 h, 72 h and 96 h LC_(50) values of ammonia nitrogen to O. potamophila larvae were 54.52, 40.63, 30.32 and 26.16 mg/L, respectively, while the SC was 2.62 mg/L. Similarly, the LC_(50) values of non-ionic ammonia were 2.90, 2.16, 1.61 and 1.39 mg/L, respectively, and the SC was 0.14 mg/L.
