摘 要:
碟式太阳能集热发电的效率最高、开发潜力最大,但其设备在工作时需要对太阳的位置进行跟踪,该跟踪精度直接影响设备的发电效率,这就对碟式太阳能自动跟踪系统的传动机构提出了较高的要求,而尽量提高设备的跟踪精度是极其必要的。该文对一种碟式太阳能自动跟踪系统的传动机构进行了仿真分析,首先使用Pro/E软件建立三维模型;然后导入ADAMS软件中进行了动力学分析,最后得到输出传动机构驱动零部件的主要动力指数。根据分析结果,最终得到设备运行的动力特性曲线,为进一步了解和优化机构跟踪提供理论依据。

摘 要:
The dish solar thermal collectors has the highest efficiency of power generation and the largest potential for development,but its equipment need to tracking the sun's position when it functioning,which directly affects the power generation efficiency of tracking precision equipment,so improving the tracking accuracy of the equipment is extremely necessary. The simulation analysis was conducted on transmission mechanism of a kind of dish solar energy automatic tracking system,the first use of Pro / E software to establish three-dimensional model; then import ADAMS software for dynamic analysis; last output the main motivation index of the transmission mechanism drive parts. According to the results of analysis,ultimately get the dynamic characteristics of equipment operation,to provide a theoretical basis for further understanding and optimization agencies tracking.
