碟式太阳能自动跟踪系统传动机构动力学仿真分析

摘  要:
为掌握碟式太阳能自动跟踪系统传动机构的驱动力特性及形变误差,对该系统传动机构进行动力学仿真分析及形变误差分析:首先使用Pro/E软件建立三维模型;然后导入ADAMS软件中进行动力学仿真,输出了传动机构驱动零部件的主要动力数值。分析结果显示,高度角方向的最大转矩为6.721 0Nm,方位角方向的最大转矩为31.420 0Nm。最后利用ANSYS软件对传动机构受力形变误差进行分析,形变误差对跟踪精度造成的误差值约为+0.006 0°。该结果为进一步研究该传动机构及受力形变误差提供了可靠的理论依据。

摘  要:
In order to master the driving force characteristic and the deformation error of the transmission mechanism of dish solar auto-tracking system,the dynamic simulation analysis and the deformation error analysis were carried out.The 3D model was established using Pro/E,which was then put into ADAMS to do dynamic simulation,and the main kinetic data of driving element was put out.The maximum torque of elevating angle is 6.7210 Nm and maximum torque of azimuth angle is 31.4200 Nm.Finally,ANSYS was used to do the deformation error analysis for the transmission mechanism,and the tracking accuracy error caused by the deformation error is about+0.0060°.The result provides the reliable theory basis for further research of the transmission mechanism and deformation error.
