BTH对新疆甜瓜抗病性的诱导研究

摘  要:
在大田中连续两年使用植物抗病性诱导剂BTH(100μg/mL和50μg/mL),并在皇后和早金甜瓜三个不同生长期施用,结果表明,BTH(100μg/mL和50μg/mL)对甜瓜的诱导处理,都能有效的抑制甜瓜白粉病和细菌性角斑病。其中,仅在甜瓜开花期施用一次,防病效果最差。在甜瓜三个不同生长期连续施用BTH,对甜瓜白粉病和细菌性角斑病防治效果最好。仅在采前一周喷洒BTH的处理甜瓜白粉病和细菌性角斑病的防治效果也较好,并且采前一周喷洒BTH和甜瓜三个不同生长期连续施用BTH在甜瓜白粉病和细菌性角斑病的病情指数上没有显著性差异。

摘  要:
Study on the control of powdery mildew caused by Erysiphe cichoracearum and bacterial angular leaf spot caused by Pseudomonas cachrymans on melon by the systemic resistance inducer benzothiadiazole was carried out.BTH(100μg/mL,50μg/mL)has been used in melon field at Regimental Farms 101 and 103,Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps from 2003 to 2004.It showed that using BTH(100μg/mL) at three different growth periods of melon had best effect on controlling two diseases.Among the three different growth periods of melon , treatment spraying BTH before flowering has the worst effect on control the disease of powdery mildew and bacterial angular leaf spot at the same time ,spraying BTH (50μg/mL)one week before harvest has better effect on control the disease of powdery mildew and bacterial angular leaf spot,compared with the treatment of spraying BTH at three different growth periods of melon. And these two treatments have no significant difference on disease index of powdery mildew and bacterial angular leaf spot . BTH has no poisonous effect on pathogens ,human and animals.It is a promising agent for control of disease in future. It is the first time to report the function of BTH to control two diseases on Xinjiang Hami melon.
