摘  要：
社区图书馆随着文化事业的脚步取得了显著的发展。社区图书馆弥补了公共图书馆覆盖面有限的问题,值得提倡和推广。文章阐述了现阶段社区图书馆建设的3种普遍模式,明确了社区图书馆在推动大众阅读和全民阅读中的作用,从引发阅读兴趣、引导阅读倾向、组织读书活动、鼓励家庭阅读等几个方面具体论述了社区图书馆在推动阅读方面应采取的具体措施。

摘  要：
With the development of cultural undertakings, community libraries have made remarkable progress. Community libraries make up for the limited coverage of public libraries, which should be promoted and popularized. This paper presented three common modes of community library construction at the present stage, and cleared away the role of community library in promoting public reading and national reading, and proposed the measures from triggering reading interests, guiding reading tendency, organizing reading activities, encouraging family reading.
