玉米根茬地小麦垄作免耕播种机研究

摘  要:
虚拟制造技术在国内农机行业已进行了各层面的研究应用,但是由于免耕播种机的工作环境复杂多变,目前结合虚拟制造技术进行研究仍处于初步研究阶段。根据大垄多行作物耕作技术特点,提出了避开玉米根茬播种的思路,对避茬的可行性进行了深入分析,利用Autodesk Inventor软件建立玉米根茬地小麦垄作免耕播种机虚拟样机模型。研制的垄作免耕播种机主要由修垄装置、机架、开沟器、地轮、种肥箱及传动系统、组合镇压器等组成,能够在玉米根茬地一次性完成施肥、播种、修垄和镇压等作业。

摘  要:
Virtual manufacturing technology has been used extensively in the fields of agriculture machines.However,it is still in the primary step in developing no-till seeder because of the complicated environment.According to the technology characteristic of several rows in one big ridge,the method of avoiding maize stubble was put forward when planting wheat.The possibility of avoiding stubble was analyzed thoroughly,then the virtual assembly model of a ridge-till and no-till seeder was constructed with Autodesk Inventor.It included reshaping device,frame,opener,wheel,seed-fertilizer box,transmitting system and combined press,which can finish fertilizing,planting,reshaping and pressing.
