摘  要:
Peanut is an important cash crop in China and it is of high nutrition. There exists great potential for the Development of China peanut industry. This article deals with the processing features of peanut, expounds on the technical route and requirement in peanut comprehensive processing and utilization, and makes analysis on the economic returns in a bid to provide theoretic basis and technical support for the further development in this line.
