超临界CO_2萃取灵芝孢子油的工艺研究

摘  要:
主要研究超临界CO2萃取灵芝孢子油过程中,萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间、CO2流量等因素对萃取率的影响。试验结果表明,最佳的萃取条件为萃取压力14 MPa,萃取温度34℃,分离压力(5.5±0.2)MPa,分离温度32℃,CO2流量25 L.h-1,萃取时间270 min。在此最佳萃取工艺条件下,萃取率最高为34.41%,灵芝孢子油成金黄色半透明,质量较好,而且放置于4℃下不易冻结。

摘  要:
The effects of extraction pressure,temperature,time and CO2 flow-rate on the extraction rate of Ganoderma lucidum spores oil by supercritical CO2 fluid technology was researched.The results indicated that the optimal extraction conditions were as follow: extraction pressure was 14 MPa,extraction temperature was 34℃,separation pressure was(5.5±0.2) MPa,separation temperature was 32℃,CO2 flow-rate was 25 L.h-1,extraction time was 270 min.Under the optimal extraction technique condi-tions,the extraction rate of Ganoderma lucidum spores oil was 34.41%,and spores oil was golden and translucency,which didn’t freezing in 4℃ temperature.
