桔梗等3种中药材有机氯农药残留研究

摘  要:
采用丙酮水提取体系、二氯甲烷液液分配、浓硫酸磺化净化技术、气相色谱OV -1 70 1毛细管柱内标法对桔梗、牛蒡子和两头尖中有机氯农药残留进行了研究。结果表明 :这 3种中药材中均有不同程度的有机氯农药残留 ,但基本上未超过国家标准中人参有机氯农药最大允许残留限量

摘  要:
Residues of pesticides in Platycodon grandiflorum, Fructus arctii and Rhizoma anemones Raddeananae were studied by analyzing gas chromatograph of organochlorine pesticides. Sonication extraction system was used, in which acetone was the extractant. Based on salting out principles, sodium chlorine was added to the extractant to separate the pesticides. Simultaneously, CH 2Cl 2 was also added to carry out liquid-liquid extraction, then it was purified by dense sulphuric acid, and finally detected by GC-ECD. Internal standard method was adopted as quantitative method, and HEPCLO as the internal standard. The residues of organochlorine pesticides were determined in Platycodon grandiflorum, Fructus arctii and Rhizoma anemones Raddeananae. The results showed that residues of organochlorine pesticides do exist in the three Chinese medicinal medicines, but their quantity does not exceed MRL of organochlorine pesticide residues in ginseng according to GB/T 15517.1-1995.
