青贮甘薯藤有氧稳定性研究

摘  要:
为分析直接青贮与配合青贮甘薯藤的有氧稳定性,试验分为两组,每组6个重复,对照组对鲜甘薯藤直接进行塑料袋青贮,配合组以酒糟粉作为吸附剂并添加营养添加剂1%进行塑料袋青贮。青贮100d后开袋,在开袋后第0、1、3、5及7天进行取样,测定青贮甘薯藤pH、微生物数量以及营养成分的变化情况。结果表明,对照组pH在第3天迅速上升,而配合组在整个青贮过程中pH变化不大;两组乳酸含量均呈下降趋势,但对照组下降速度更快;配合组粗蛋白质含量比对照组提高了2个百分点。试验结果表明,配合组有氧稳定性优于对照组,建议甘薯藤以配合方式进行青贮。

摘  要:
In order to improve the utilization efficiency of sweet potato silage, the experiment study the aerobic stability of directed and mixed silage. There were two treatments, one was ensiled with fresh sweet potato, the other one was mixed with fresh sweet potato, distiller grains and additives. The results showed that the silage pH of control group rised quickly on the third day, but the mixed group have little change in the whole process; the content of lactic acid were descend, but the control group descend more quickly than the mix group; the protein level of mix group is higher than the control group. So the aerobic stability of mix group is better than the control group.
