不同基因型怀地黄组织培养及植株再生研究

摘  要:
[目的]研究不同基因型怀地黄的组织培养及其植株再生。[方法]以4种不同基因型怀地黄为材料,研究了其在7种不同激素配比培养基上的愈伤组织诱导效应及其分化效果。[结果]7种不同浓度激素配比的培养基均能使4个不同基因型怀地黄产生愈伤组织,且愈伤组织均有不同程度的分化,但不同基因型怀地黄的愈伤组织诱导效应及其分化存在差异,其中武陟6号的愈伤组织诱导及其分化效果较好。[结论]为进一步研究怀地黄的组织培养提供了依据。

摘  要:
[Objective]The aim was to study the tissue culture and plantlet regeneration on different genotypes of Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch.f.hueichingensis(Chan et Sehih) Hsiao.[Method]The difference of tissue culture and induction of callus among 4 different kinds of Rehmannia glutinosa cultured on 7 different mediums were studied.[Result]4 varieties of Rehmannia glutinosa cultured on mediums with different concentrations of auxins all could generate callus,and callus had different degrees of differentiation.However,there were differences in callus induction and differentiation of the 4 different genotypes of Rehmannia glutinosa,among them Wuzhi 6 had better callus induction and differentiation.[Conclusion]The research provides reference for further studies on the tissue culture of Rehmannia glutinosa.
